Rich has been involved with early to maturity stage ventures in the information technology, media, and telecommunications (TMT) vertical for 20+ years. He has held several c-level roles leading capital formation, strategy, brand & product development, and go-to-market planning. In IT, Rich served as CEO of a systems integrator in Silicon Valley where he led a business model change, a corporate rebrand, doubled revenue, and won awards serving fortune 100 companies like Cisco, Apple, and HP. In Media, he created and sold several award-winning entertainment properties that went into worldwide distribution for Sony, Lion’s Gate, IFC, and others. 

Maheshwar Sriyapu is a Founder & the COO of Tresbu Technologies. As a part of his previous experience in Nokia R&D, Symbian, Aricent (Flextronics, Deccanet) Lucent, Wipro, and LG Information and Communications, he has contributed to various products and solutions in telecom, Infotech, and Healthcare industries. He is passionate about solving business challenges and innovation needs with technology and believes in connecting the un-connected through digital transformation.

For the past few years, Mahesh has been working closely with emerging market telecom providers to make broadband a reality in places never before enjoyed.

Raghavan has over 20 years of leadership experience in IT strategy, product engineering, solution architecture and business transformation. Over the course of his career, he has worked in various hands-on roles from a database administrator in the early days to an entrepreneur, founding and building several start ups in IT. Raghavan has earned several awards including ChannelWorld Premier 100 Cloud Champion Award and Best Customer C-SAT Partner Award from Salesforce. At Tresbu digital he is EVP of Cloud Services and works directly with clients and delivery teams to harness the disruptive potential of information technology solutions in product engineering, mobile, cloud and on premise application development, IoT apps & solution design with ML & AI analytics.

Marc is a technology communicator with 20 years of experience connecting development teams with their customers. Marc spent the first half of his career working closely between dev, ops, and sales teams. For 10 years he built an MSP practice in Los Angeles, which he sold in 2017. As VP of Cloud Services, Marc recently helped Finchloom, a rapidly growing Microsoft Partner, improve their CSP practice and develop a fully managed phishing prevention solution for their small to mid-market customers. At Tresbu Digital, Marc helps customers realize rapid return on their investment in digital transformation.

Mark is an MBA who has focused his career on Digital Transformation for the large enterprise. As a seasoned Agile adopter, he is an empathetic, high-energy, solutions-oriented professional with a passion for people, business improvement, and expertise in transforming businesses with human and technological innovation. Mark has 15+ years managing C-level relationships, including escalation resolution and enterprise-level project management experience. He also has 20+ years CRM/ERP/HRIS application experience, experience with products, services and/or processes related to sales, marketing, finance, accounting and human resources.

This role will be treated almost like a partnership and the right candidate will have the chance to earn fixed, variable, and bonus compensation, as well as, participate in a stock options pool along with the founders of the company.
